Amicus Legal WI TX was founded by Betty Fernandez, an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal with over 30 years of experience managing complex personal injury cases from initial intake through trial. Betty has handled a high volume of personal injury cases, from motor vehicle accidents to complex medical malpractice cases. She has the proven ability to provide comprehensive litigation support, including drafting legal documents, coordinate discovery processes, effectively communicate with clients, adverse counsel, witnesses, experts, medical providers and other parties to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. In her years of experience, she has participated in 24 trials, ensuring favorable trial preparation for attorneys and clients.
